"We used Design Steel Systems to build our latest project, a 25,000 square foot office-warehouse condominium project in Windsor, Colorado. The project commenced in September 2000. DSS endured terrible weather to complete our project and meet a commitment to our buyer.

We have found Joy Krienke of DSS to be a concerned, hands-on operator of his company. We consider Joy to be responsive and honest; if Joy tells you he will do something, you can count on it being done.

We also used DSS to perform tenant finishes in some of the condo units. Again, he completed them on time, with good quality, and at the agreed-upon cost.
